Make sure the neutral wire and live wire connection is correct. - Download App
- Power on
After powering on, the device will enter the quick pairing mode during the ļ¬rst use.The Wi-Fi LED indicator changes in a cycle of two short and one long ļ¬ash and release.
The device will exit the quick pairing mode if not paired within 3mins. If you wantto enter this mode, please long press the manual button for about 5s until the
Wi-Fi LED indicator changes in a cycle of two short and one long flash and release. - Add the device
Tap ā+ā and select āQuick Pairingā, then operate following the prompt on the App.
Compatible Pairing ModeĀ
If you fail to enter Quick Pairing Mode, please try āCompatible Pairing Mode ā to pair.
- Long press the Pairing button for 5s until the Wi-Fi LED indicator changes in a cycle of two short ļ¬ashes and one long ļ¬ash and release. Long press the Pairing button for 5s again until the Wi-Fi LED indicator ļ¬ashes quickly. Then, the device enters compatible Pairing Mode.
- Ā Tap ā+ā and select ā Compatible Pairing Mode ā on App. Enter Wi-Fi password, tap āNextā and then āConnectā. Select Wi-Fi SSID to withstand-****** and enter the password 12345678, and then go back to eWeLinkapp and tap āNextā. Be patient until pairing completes.

Switch Network
Select the āWi-Fi Settingsā in the āDevice Settingsā interface on the eWeLink App toĀ change.
Re-establish Pairing
Long press the pairing button for 5s until the Wi-Fi LED indicator changes in a cycle of two short and one long flash and release, then the device enters quick pairing mode
and you can pair again.
Factory Reset
Deleting the device on the eWeLink app indicates you restore it to factory setting.
Common Problems
- Fail to pair Wi-Fi devices with eWeLink APP
- Make sure the device is in pairing mode. The device will automatically exit the pairing mode if not paired within 3mins.
- Please turn on the location service on your mobile phone and give permission. Before choosing the Wi-Fi network, the location service should be turned on and permission is given. Location information permission is used to obtain Wi-Finalist information. If you tap āDisableā, the device will not be added.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi network runs on the 2.4GHz band.4. Make sure you entered a correct Wi-Fi SSID and password, no special characters contained.A wrong password is a very common reason for pairing failure.
- You may get the device close to the router for a good signal transmission while pairing.
- Please try to pair the device in the compatible mode.
Wi-Fi devices āOļ¬ineā issues
Please check the following issues by the Wi-Fi LED indicator status: The LED indicator blinks once every 2s means you fail to connect to the router.
- Maybe you entered the wrong Wi-Fi SSID and password.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi SSID and password donāt contain special characters, for example, the Hebrew, Arabic characters. Our system canāt recognize these charactersĀ so that fail to connect to the Wi-Fi.
- Maybe your router has a lower carrying capacity.
- Maybe the Wi-Fi signal strength is weak. Your router is too far away from your device,Ā or there may be some obstacles between the router and the device so that the signal transmission is blocked.
- Be sure that the MAC of the device is not on the blacklist of your MAC management.
The LED indicator ļ¬ashes twice on repeated means you fail to connect to the server.
- Make sure the Internet connection is normal. You can use your phone or PC to connect to the Internet, and if you fail to access, please check the availability of the
Internet connection. - Maybe your router has a low carrying capacity. The number of devices connected to the router exceeds its maximum value. Please check the maximum number of
devices that your router can carry. If the number of connected devices exceeds theĀ maximum value, please delete some devices or change a lager router and try again. - Please contact your ISP and conļ¬rm our server address is not shielded:
